Professional staff. Its neat, clean, all merchandise is where it needs to be. They definitely pay attention to detail here, especially with it being 5.11, held to a higher standard. Not a bad place to go for gear for work, a little over-priced, but it's 5.11, you're paying for quality. I've been to both locations, and both times I've been greeted as I walk through the door and I've have full blown conversations w/ the staff, just shootin' the sh** as you'd say.
I came to get what I wanted but instead I was harrassed by two staffs that wouldn't stop trying to sell me other things from backpacks to face masks. I felt like I was dealing with car salesmen so I said no and yet one of them made fun of what I was wearing. After I have purchased my item the cashier had the audacity to tell me he hopes my item will work for me. 5.11 makes some good product but the staffs here are very rude and it's none of their business what I'm using the product for.
Always a pleasure to be there, and I love their product. This location is always nice and clean
