I was born in this community and grew up here all my life. i memorized the Quran here and led the prayer here multiple times. This mosque has maintained its peace over the years since. However, in the last 10-12 years this mosque has been in serious violation of its personal laws and the Texas laws. The administration, well 1 person named Mounier Suliman (sudanesse guy) has been using the mosque as his personal property. He gathered funds for projects and the community has no idea where that money went and those projects were left undone. He brought his own people from outside the community and granted them membership and asked them to vote for him. He has threatened the imam of the mosque numerous amount of times. He has not attended a prayer outside of Friday in this mosque in the past 5 years. He has used his position in the Mosque to manipulate employees. This is basically a one man show at this mosque and the community isn't aware of this and hopefully this will shed some light on whats going on behind the curtains. The reason why I can say I have these things is because I have tried to help them for 2 years to fix this issues and they did to an extent but now the mosque has been in serious violations legally.

I go there to feed the goats they have. The people never talk to me, even when I greet them with their own traditional/cultural greeting.
