Inconsistent service and rude. With a history of not filling orders or cancelling without letting us know, we should've known not to use the Domino's on Randol Mill. But we tried again twice this week. Once, we submitted for carryout and were charged, but the store was closed when we showed up. Then again today we submitted a large order to be picked up, which was confirmed online and charged us again, yet no pizzas when we tried picking up. Kevin was rude to my wife and two other customers in line. Now we are scrambling to get food elsewhere. Avoid this Domino's.nIn response to the owner, winter weather events have nothing to do with your employees (all of them) being rude to customers. My wife witnessed your manager and the other 2 employees raising their voice to other customers, escalating the situation by taunting them with sarcasm and claims of the customers' having an attitude, and zero professionalism in handling the situation. And as I mentioned, this isn't the first time. This points to poor ongoing management and training, not the weather.

The team at Randol Mill is super committed to customer service. I had a little mix up with a delivery issue and called up to the store to chat with Kris, who was already aware of the situation and working to make it right, despite being in the middle of a rush. Just really impressed by the level of care here, gonna be a regular workday lunch.

I work a lot. And I think that I am probably this stores best customer. I order a LOT of pizza. I have very picky kids. And I just really appreciate that this store always gets it right. And fast! Food is always very well prepared and tasty. And the very few times that there was ever an issue, it was immediately repaired. One time they forgot about the sodas we ordered and I was actually shocked at how quickly they were back out delivering our drinks and apologies! Well done! Just appreciate the team at this branch. They deserve the praise, because as an expert at ordering food, they really deliver. (Sorry I couldn't resist.) But seriously they really do a great job with the food and service.

The employees who work here deserve a raise. New years eve there were only 2 cooks amd 2 deliverers. I could tell they were swamped. I was inside only 15 minutes and there were more than 30 orders that went in. I'm sure they had over 100 orders. I don't know how they did it after but that is just not fair for them.

This place is not well managed. Received an email that my pizza was ready to be picked up. Showed up and there was only 2 guys working. He said my pizza was not ready and he was behind on orders, 20+ pizzas behind. Felt bad for the guy but why send an email that my pizza is ready for pick up. I waiting an additional 30 mins for my pizza.
