They got my order wrong but the young Africa American guy at the register, wish I would of got his name, was great. Told him my problem said he would fix it with no attitude and when it was ready he even walked my pizza out to my vehicle. That's good customer service. He was friendly with all the customers I saw him helping. Keep it up ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Two orders messed up in two visits. This is horrible. This location used to be pretty good. First time, they completely lost my online order and I had to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes for them to remake it. Second time, they forgot an item, then said I had to wait 10 minutes for them to redo it. I got a refund, but was never apologized to for their mess up. And masks? Most of them only cover their mouth. One even had it off until he came up to the counter. I'm done with this location.
It was horrible as friends and I ordered pizza from this one . I did only tip a couple of bucks we were splitting it 4 ways so we agree they pay their part in cash as tip on a 40 dollar ticket . The driver 25 min late came making fun of my last name tossed the pizza at then stormed off. Idk
The worst customer service ever!!!! My card was double charged, and the manager was very rude stating I would have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money. He stated that this has been an ongoing issue with there pos system. He did nothing to rectify the situation. I will never step foot in there or order from them AGAIN!!! I will be contacting corporate.
