Domino's Pizza

Here's the sequence. I use the website under my account and redeem a coupon for a free pizza I received the last time this week this location made a mistake by being late with an order. So the order arrives and instead of the gluten free pizza with pepperoni, bacon and beef, they delivered to me a penne pasta salad, not the best mistake for a gluten free customer. So I call the store 44 times in 15 minutes and the line is always busy. I drive up to the location and let the person who was at the counter know the issue and that the phone appeared to be continuously busy. He took a few times of me explaining to understand. The label on my box was correct, but the order inside wasn't. He went to the back and I don't know what was happening as no one managed my expectations. I waited a while, but after a few minutes and no one up front to help, I decided to go. Not the best night for this location. When I got home and called, the number rang, not busy. It took several times again for them to understand what happened. They said they made another pizza, but no one told me they were doing that. When I got home to try to be sure I got a pizza I paid for one. Not sure if they will deliver the free one and the one I paid for, but will touch base with the regional management and corporate to understand better what I should do in that circumstance. I did try to call another nearby location, but in fairness they said there wasn't anything they could do to contact that store.

This is the second time we have ordered from this dominos location and after about an hour we have no update on whether the food is almost ready or not on the app. I tried to call multiple times to the store and there is no answer. Finally the last time someone answered and hung up I finally decided to go to the store to see what was happening. My order had not been made and I decided to cancel the order. I was told by destiny my order was cancelled and payment would be returned but was unable to provide me with a receipt showing that. This is very frustrating that this has happened TWICE already and BOTH times we had to come up here since employees there could not even answer the phone. Will most definitely not be going back.

Unfortunately the pizza was not any better than a store bought frozen. My wings ordered plain had some weird white sauce all over them

the restaurant must be closed now. i ordered through the app for two pizzas, waited an hour and checked the tracker which said it was out for delivery. waited another 20 minutes. called the store and was on hold for 25 minutes and was hung up on. calling back ended the call immediately. wasted hours of my time for two pizzas

I ordered online & they were at my apt so fast. Great service
