Since moving to Arlington (2000), Panda House and I have been through a lay off in 2010, going back to college and graduation (2018), and now a pandemic. I fondly remember the sweet old lady who answered the phones, and at times made deliveries. Then, a transition to her kids. Then, their move from the old location.nnThe folks have always been courteous and professional. The food is always hot and more than worth the price.nnI just ordered my regular meal and I was told it could be up to 55 minutes, but it arrived in 20-25 minutes. I was not really surprised. Excellent service is expected now.nnGreat people and great place.

This new Panda House is MUCH better than the horrible original one on Cooper (now closed) that I gave 1 star before. Menu selection is good. Staff and owner are friendly and eager to please. Near where I live and the best Chinese option in the neighborhood. Very nice location. Cozy. And just so you know, I'm spoiled for the real deal in San Francisco where I lived for 34 years. Hard to find that level of yummy except in NYC Chinatown.

I sent my friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is fantastic and the team is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we pass a delightful evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

Mongolian beef, Although tasty. Tiny tiny portion size. Chicken wings non-edible. Tasted fishy. Most lickly handling issues. Went in the trash.Not to mention the menu is over priced. Gave it another shot the other day, same story.

Wife and I have tried various Chinese places around for take out during COVID and this is the one! Nice and close which is nice, prices are modest and the food is delicious. I've had garlic chicken and pork and my wife gets General Tso's chicken and we share some pot stickers. Had it several times and it's been great each time. Can't wait to eat there in person.
