The food is consistently good. The last couple times I ordered it took much longer than expected however, they did comp the order and the GM reached out to apologize and make sure we were happy. We were assured that if it did happen again we would be given better communication which is all I can really ask for because things happen. Customer service A+

Usually a great choice for a good sandwich. This location seemed to have been having an off day. They only other time we tried to go there, they were closed for an event. The employees seemed confused by their own menu. Not sure if they were all really new or just not having enough training.

I order from this Jimmy Johns at least 4x a month! today i wanted to try their new Kickin Chicken Sandwich. The meal took longer then expected, i didn't worry much or call in about it. However once i received the food, the driver was friendly and the manager already sent over his personal business card to comp my next meal for the tardiness. This particular store is my go-to!

Ordered at 2:30 saw it was out for delivery shortly after. At about 3:30 I get a call saying they were out of the meat for my order. Change order. 4:45 call to ask about the order. Got told it hadn't been sent out yet. Cancel the order. 5:00 the driver shows up with the second order minus the drink which was still showing on the receipt with the upcharge for ordering a large and the wrong chips. Hopefully they actually cancel the order and I get a refund. Removed the app from my phone.

I placed an order, it was to arrive at 6:02, 6:22nand 6:24. I called the store and the rude personntold me how many orders they had. At 6:50nI called the store again and spoke with Christinanto no avail, I ask to speak to the General mgr.nshe told me no refused to give the mgr. namenand told me to call Sunday morning. Christinanhung up the phone in my face, I called backnshe would not pick up the phone. My orderncame at 7:55 PM. Terrible service!!!!
