They came to fix an outlet and was a little rude. The same outlet went out a few months later. This time, they sent two guys that didn't speak English well. I asked them why the same outlet went out again trying to get to a root cause rather than simply fixing the symptom. They said they would have the owner/manager call. While I was waiting for the call, assuming the manager would call to serve as an interpreter so we could figure out the actual cause, the workers just left. When the manager finally called, he was not willing to try to find a cause. He said they fixed the outlet and that it would be fine for years even though the last one only lasted a few months.
