These people are amazing. Very professional and customer friendly. They go above and beyond. Had no clue what was wrong with my truck. But they took it right in. Called me that day with what the problem was. Didn't make a big deal about my truck being there while I was stuck in Dallas during this snow storm. Called to update me and always friendly and nice about everything. Great people working inside. Helped me so much. Explained everything and helped me figure out what to do. Never had better customer service experience. Thank you guys for the help.
I'm extremely pleased with the service I received here. The good reviews and online coupons for an oil change caught my eye and I figured I'd give this location a shot. I'm so glad I did!!! The customer service here is top notch! This place really takes care of their customers. They thoroughly inspect and inform you of any issues with your car. I will definitely recommend Midas to any and everyone I know looking for an honest mechanic.
