Great Chevrolet dealership located in Rockwall. Purchased my truck here just over a year ago and I couldn't be happier with the service. I was in today to have a screw removed from my tire. We were in out in less than 15 minutes. Thanks, Lakeside!

I had scheduled an appointment online and explained that it was a recall that needed to be fixed and even gave the recall code. When I arrived, I told them I had an appointment at 10:30. They took my name and then when they came back out, he asked me if anyone had talked to me yet. I replied, no? About what? And he said oh they have to order parts for that service so we can't perform this service until then.nnMaybe I am crazy, but you should look at the service that is asked of you and inform the customer that parts will need to be ordered, therefore CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE THE PARTS. My mom took off work so I could leave my car up there, so it was just a big waste of time for everyone. I get little errors like this happen, but the worker just acted like I was supposed to know all of this. I go back and check my emails and nothing was said about this. Any acknowledgement of the situation would've helped, but he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or anything.

Eric in the service department was great! He went above and beyond, returned phone calls when he said he would to make sure I had all of the information available before deciding on the best course of action.nHe got my vehicle in quickly and back to me with the same prompt service.nPolite, punctual, followed up and took care of business! We would recommend them hands down.
