They did a great job installing our generator. They also perform our yearly maintenance on the generator. We never have to call, they just show up and do it. Very professional and friendly staff.
Very Professional and Prompt to assist in any way possible. All electricians whether a master, journeyman, or apprentice are knowledgeable in their trade, communicate clearly, keep clean work areas, and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work they do is correct. The owner is on-site, at work, and happy to speak to customers when needed. They stand by their work and I sincerely appreciate that about this locally owned business.
We use White Electric for all our electrical repairs and installations. Always available and communicates with property owner on repairs and installations. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Was never notified of the fact that 3 individuals, each of whom would charge their own separate rate at time and a half would be completing a simple wiring job. Cost my wife and I nearly $1000, where we expected AT MOST to pay 2/3 that cost. Will never do business with these individuals again. Small businesses wonder why they can't compete.
My lights went off and i noticed it was probably due to some wires behind the meter, so i called my electric company but they were “too busy “ at the time, so i called white electric and asked them for a price so they could take a look at it and if the price was good i told them that i would Choose them to fix it, and they agreed to call me back the same day with a price, but i never got a call back. The next day, they called me super early in the morning charging me!!!
