First time I ordered a pizza at 10:30 and it took them until 12:17 to deliver. It turned out they had one (nice but EXTREMELY stressed out kid delivering 9 orders). I recently placed another order for pizza, they sent the confirmation email to my mother (I Don’t know how the hell they got THAT email). I called TWICE to get the time and order fixed, they did not respond. They also did not respond when my mother called. This is not the first time this Pizza Hut has screwed up, and it most certainly will not be their last. DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. HERE.

I ordered at 12:10 so I guess that is the busy time but was on hold for 2 minutes after your sales pitch ended . So I had to hang up and call back. The sales pitch repeated 3 times and finally got to speak to someone. I know the job must be stressful but a little positive speech would help. Had to repeat the order and payment details as the order takers speech and listening skill were sub par. The for a large thin crust plus delivery is $22, which seems awfully high. Then they tell me 45 minutes for delivery- wow this is the last time I’ll call them!

I was completely impressed! Our order was delivered prior to the estimated time, and everything was hot and fresh. The garlic parm wings were so good and had more meat on them than any other wings I've ever had. Our pizza had sausage, bell peppers, black olives and onions on it. They did not skimp. It was so yummy! We will be ordering again soon!

Ordered pizza at home, ordered pizza in person. Both times pizza appear to be reheated, vegetables and meats were dry and crust brunt. Pizza Hut was my favorite until lately.
