Went there for a State inspection. I have taken all of my vehicles there for the past six years. I was there shortly before the young man how was doing the inspection asked me to come outside. He advised that the window tint on my vehicle was too dark. I advised him that I had a certificate in the glove box stating different. He didn’t care to see it he stated the State was cracking down on window tint and his little meter stated it would not pass. I then, asked if was not going to inspect my vehicle. He stated no. I then advised him they they had just lost all of my business. I went down the street and got my vehicle inspected without a problem. The young man who was doing the inspection is not very present or much of a people person.

I used them a few times for various services. Overall, they provide an average level of service with an okay support group. They aren't the friendliest in the world but they are not mean/rude either. The quality of work is average and they don't always go the extra step like other places to do what's beyond. 3/5 stars experience.nnSocial Distancing - lackluster or 1/5 stars. They don't wear masks are try to help in this department. I thought about lowering them in this category as a result I dropped them to a 2 from a 5 as I feel they should support the community, especially the people who greet the customers in the car.

Service was quick (that’s why 2 stars instead of 1). They charged $85 for a 3000 mile oil change. I pay the same at Rainbow Care Car in Spring for a 5000 mile oil change and inside/out car cleaning. Today we took the same vehicle back to Rainbow Car Care for the next oil change and learned that Grease Monkey had screwed on our oil cap so tight that Rainbow Car Care feared they would crack it if they forced it off. They and husband finally got it off with a pipe extension. I do not recommend this place for oil changes.

Lobby and restroom were clean. Lobby seating is reduced to encourage social distancing. There was a line for oil changes and state inspections as well as other services. I was in and out in about 35 minutes.
