Montgomery Collision is a direct repair facility for my insurance so I dropped of my car to get repaired after hitting a deer. I also had them do some repairs that were the result of a transmission shop repair gone wrong. I was pleased that vehicle was done right on schedule and body work was excellent. After picking up I got home and noticed they missed a dent in a door from the deer and the color didn't match. I had not noticed when I picked it up because it was raining. I took it back and they said they would fix both issues and it would be ready in a week. The following Friday I went and picked it up and now the door was a different color from the rest of the side they already painted. I was told they would fix it give him another week. The following Friday I picked it up and couldn't tell anything changed. I told Montgomery Collision about it and was told that due to the age of the car the color was as close as he could get. Then why does the door that you just painted not match the rest of the side you also just painted I said. I just picked it up and called my insurance company. They sent an adjuster out to look at it and agreed that the vehicle was now 3 different colors and they would have another shop of my choice fix it.

When my new truck with only 200 miles driven suffered door damage, my insurance company recommended Montgomery Collision Repair. Bill immediately set my expectations: he and his shop were going to execute results so flawless that i would never know the door was ever wrecked and replaced. The truck is midnight edition black. Any defect would be obvious.nnBill performed the work correctly the first time and on-time. As I am signing the paperwork, Bill tells me how a piece of undamaged trim off the original door did not seat properly on the new door. It did not feel right to him during installation, so he rushed a new one in and it installed properly.nnI would have never known the difference. But I know this: Bill is a perfectionist, a professional's professional. If you are seeking exceptional bodywork from an old school craftsman, I highly recommend Montgomery Collision Repair.

Repair work done to my Toyota Corolla with front end collision damage met my expectations. They kept me informed on parts options and progress. Work was completed within the original estimated price and on time. Good experience overall.
