HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Paid 1600 to replace a fuel pump and they can’t even fix the issue. Have had to bring my truck back up 5 times!!! Also brought my second car up there and it was running fine when I bought it up there now it won’t start. DONT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS MEDIOCRE SHOP!!!
Got my fuel pump replaced at autotrust and have had nothing but issues since I’ve had to take my truck back up here 5 times since they did not install it correctly and they are not willing to fix it. The owner Ralph yells in your face rather then fixing the issue. Terrible customer service would not recommend this business at all!!!!!!!nnRESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY:nnMoney was never an issue I paid $1600 for a service you can’t provide and that was supposed to be under warranty that’s why I had to come back so many times. You didn’t want to pay out on your mistake that just shows you don’t stand behind your work.

I had a great experience with Autotrust Repairs. I had my jeep towed to their shop and that same day they had it running better than before. They even recommended a towing service for me.Their customer service is great and the price for my repair was very reasonable. I even got a ride from my place of employment to pick up my Jeep. I was so happy to be able to drive myself home. Big THANK YOU to the crew at Autotrust Repairs. My go to auto shop from now on!!!
