We had problems with our vehicle 6 hours from home and they made sure we got back on the road! The most professional but personal service we have ever had at a mechanic! Everyone there was very knowledgeable and very nice to deal with! They saved our trip from being a total disaster.
I had a windshield washer fluid leak that turned out to be the headlamp washer unit. It was quickly repaired and all is now in good condition. Super clean office and attentive professional staff. I’ve been there several times before and will be back again. Great service!nThanks,
Brady's Auto Repair is on point. These are just flat out good people. I take all three of my vehicles to Brady's for maintenance and repair. Mark and his team are honest and fair. The owner is at the shop and helping his people deliver quality service and repair work. They will do the right thing and I highly recommend them. You should do the same.
My car repair turned out to be a bit complicated, in that the diagnosis was difficult to pinpoint. A repair was made, but the problem was still a random issue. Mark worked with us to rethink the problem, replaced the part a second time and added an additional fix. I truly appreciate that he was just as perplexed as I was with the initial issue, but he worked diligently to resolve it! His shop and the work ethic there is rare in these times. I would highly recommend him and his team.
