Boerne RV

We had a latch on a window break while traveling from West Texas back to Houston. Ron and his crew had the parts in stock and were kind enough to install them when we got there. This was an unscheduled visit and repair and they were kind enough to help us out. Because of the unscheduled repair on their books they could have charged whatever they wanted and I would have had to pay it but their price was fair and reasonable . If we are ever back in the area and need repairs we will definitely look Ron and his group up again.

Very frustrating and dissatisfying experience. I took a popup here for some minor repairs (A/C not cooling, leaky sink faucet), which were completed. However, they called me to tell me the lift mechanism on the pop up had broken and it wouldn't collapse (I had just used the camper, so it was working fine). They told me it would cost over $200 to fix (even though they had broken it), and also implied that I had maybe dropped it off knowing it was broken (not true). They told me they were able to get it collapsed but wouldn't fix it because they couldn't get parts. I have been able to find parts online with a simple Google search. Not sure why the customer service is so inadequate, as they seem like nice people. I really think they were just too busy and didn't want to mess with it. But I'm left with a broken pop up that I now have to pay someone to fix.nnIn response to the owner's comment - i DID NOT take the pop up to have the lift mechanism worked on or fixed. It was not broken. Not sure why he would point out that they didn't charge me for something that 1) they broke, and 2) they didn't fix. And my point on finding parts is that the assertion that they can't find parts is simply untrue, if I was able to find them at the top of my first Google search. These are simply dishonest business practices, and those taking your RV here should be aware.

Turned down my business. Told me, since I did not buy the trailer from them they refused to work on it. I explained I was from out of town and needed my A/C repaired, didn't matter.
