I used to love this place when Mark managed it. I'm a big supporter for local business and smaller businesses BUT now that its under new management it is absolutely HORRIBLE ud83dudcaf!!! This is the third time I've ordered from here and on 3 separate occasions the order was wrong. I dont often complain because if its something small I just deal with it.. people are human and mistakes can happen especially if its very busy. So...I called to complain. This most recent time was by far the worst. There was plastic in one sub, hair in the other sub and for the 3rd was just not made to order like they disregarded the topings I asked for and put on whatever they wanted.. And whoever the manager is was yelling at me, Like I made the orders wrong. On top of waiting almost 1 1/2 hours for delivery the first time and 1 hour for the order to be returned still messed up. 0/10 for poor hygiene 0/10 for customer service and 0/10 for being rude to a customer. This is also being sent to the BOH because with covid going on I should be able to trust a restaurant to take extra steps to ensure the safety of its patrons and there definitely shouldn't be hair in anyone's food.

Got the Ultimate steak and cheese and was delicious. Was quick to be served.

I tried Zedas for the first time today and it was excellent. The person on the phone was polite and helpful and the delivery driver was on time, professional, polite and wearing a mask for safe delivery. The price was also reasonable and flavor of the pizza was delicious! I will definitely be a return customer.

Moved here a few months ago, I love zedas! They delivery VERY fast everytime and their dough is off the hook. Prices are good and the customer service has always been good. They have given us larges when we ordered smalls, and one time they even gave us an appreciation pizza when we ordered 3 others!
