This is the most horrible Chinese restaurant I have ever ordered from because I have lived here for eight months and I’ve only ordered for them for eight months because I didn’t know if any others and their food may be good but their customer service is the most rotten customer service I have ever seen anywhere. They for eight months now have forgotten something every time I ordered or mistaken something for something different every time I ordered an eight months. There is not one time I ordered in all of those months that I got something correct. Not one thing. For EIGHT months. And when you complain, they say the mistake was on your end, and not theirs. They say things like you didn’t order that, etc. I put a review here not long ago and it’s gone, so I’m assuming that they remove bad reviews so that people don’t see them. Horrible horrible customer service. If you can read and speak English, then you shouldn’t be making these mistakes over and over again. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SOMETHING WRONG, OR YHINGS MISSING IN YOUR ORDER. EIGHT MONTHS. IMBECILES, I MEAN, COME ON NOW. EIGHT MONTHS WITH NOT ONE ORDER CORRECT? NOT ONE!!! IN EIGHT MONTHS.

Poor customer service i got delivered cold food and got blamed for it because they told me it would be a while. I got a $4 discount when I spent $50. The food had to have been sitting out since I ordered. it took over an hour to get here which I completely understood but I wasn't expecting it to come cold.nAnd they have always been rude. Food is decent though. so sad I won't be going back.

Poor service the girl NOT lady that works and runs the counter is rude. Don’t ever accuse this place of getting something wrong. I just called 15 mins prior to closing to place a quick take out order. She pretty much told me I couldn’t order because they are closing up for the night. Take you hard earned money and go somewhere else.
