I've had them do multiple jobs at my home during construction and even our add on and they've always done a fantastic job. Will continue to use them in the future.
I was selling a house and had them bring some things up to spec that the buyers of the home requested. The work was fine and well done. However, the communication and invoicing from the office was a nightmare. It involved repeated calls from me while I was living in another state where I was just requesting an invoice for their work so I could pay them and get the necessary documents showing I had made the necessary repairs so I could close on the home. On my last trip into town I finally went there in person and they were able to provide an invoice so I could finally pay them weeks later. Never have I had to work so hard to give someone my money. Isn’t this why you’re in business?
They are to busy/short handed, to get me on a schedule. Said he was only working current customers, no new customers.
