I ordered 2 large n wings for movie night from the 9th street location and they came without sauce in them. The worst pizza experience ever, and cause it was close to closing time I assumed is why they didn't answer I called the next morning and they said cause I didn't call that night which I did they couldn't do anything about it. So much for quality and customer service. Will I buy from them again, yes but from the location I'm use to this one should close down
Stay away from this location. Extremely unprofessional employees and “manager” they forgot toppings on my pizza and gave me watered down marinara when I paid extra for it. They refused to answer phones so me and others had to get down for curbside which I was already waiting 20 min for. I get down and witness them ignoring the phone and just letting it ring. They wanted me to bring the pizza back to remake it right. Thats extremely unsanitary. They shouldve offered credit for another time. Especially because they expect me to be inconvenienced for their mistake,they really want me and my family to have to wait even longer to eat, since I would have to drive back, bring back messed up pizza, wait to have them remake it right...umm no. Shouldve just been credited another time. The people who work here are super ghetto and the place and employees looks filthy.
Pizza looked great and my kids loved it but what gets me is the bad customer service from the counter to the manager. No greeting, I called and was immediately told to wait and someone would be with me in a few minutes and when put on hold, they hung up on me. Manager came out with my pizza somehow she knew it was mine and just asked for the payment and no greeting. Someone from corporate needs to look into this. Its an experience whether dine in, carry out or curbside. It should be a good one.
Eh food was a bit cold and Delivery persons always get lost and next time I just go myself and pick up the pizza
got there about three, it wasn't crowded. nothing but enjoyable experiences here.
