Employee by name of Carlos stated he was owner of business. Very unprofessional. Asked to be paid up front. Did replace my a/c blower fan but was clueless when it came to the wiring for the control board. He didn’t have a receipt book/business card and his truck didn’t have company name on it. Carlos wanted to continue charging me after every change the a/c needed. I declined and when he left I looked up on YouTube that all I had to do was connect 2 wires to the control board and now my A/C runs better than ever. Carlos wanted to charge me $155 for fixing the control board or get a new motor. I paid $0 after he left and A/C runs perfectly. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I’m still waiting for my receipt by the way. What a disgrace!

Extremely unprofessional. Horrible job. Shoddiest work for the highest prices. He will ask for money upfront for “materials” and charge double what he quotes. I am traumatized by my experience with this man and had to block. Do not expose yourself and let this man in your home.

WARNING DO NOT USE THEM!!! The “master” electrician took $500 and did not do the job correctly! Carlos is a thief and kept saying he needed more and more money! He lied and manipulated to get more money and still showed up saying he needed $600 more!! He doesn’t deserve any stars!!nnIn Response to the Owners uneducated response: Making false accusations doesn’t make you a master electrician nor does it take away that it was you that was stealing. A true Master Electrician had to go and actually do the job which only took 15 minutes and $50!!! Where you on the other hand pocketed $500 and tried to get $600 more!!!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Responded very quickly in order to claim the 75 dollar service fee. Didn't have any freon in their tanks. Left several times to get different gauges and more freon. The guy even had nerve to ask if it was ok if he went to another call. (Probably to claim service fee) Claimed to have no pressure at first, then too much pressure in the end so they drained freon from my unit. To make a long story short; They had no clue on what they were doing.nFor the owner responce:nI did refuse. The reason I refused was because the lack of knowledge the guy had. He was only going to come and do more damage to my system. I already got another company that came out diagnosed and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Once again I REPEAT, this company has no idea what's going on.

Very responsive. And the tech kbew what he was doing. Carlos knew what. He was doing he fixed our air conditioning and it was at 2 am ii recommend this company call them they answer
