This is the second time that I have been pulled forward at the drive thru window because my order hasn't been ready when I get there, which is fine however I pull up and I still have to wait an additional 10-15 minutes and have to get out of my car to go in and ask if my pizza is ready. They seem to forget you are there when they ask you to pull up. So disappointing.

I must say, when there was no where open during the TEXAS BLIZZARD, they were still tossing pizzas and feeding everyone. Evan though the ones feeding everyone most likely had their own crises at home of no power or water, and icy roads between their home and the hut, they showed up and kept cooking, possibly because this Pizza Hut still had power AND HEAT, but more likely because they are TEXANS!nThank you Pizza Hut and staff...nAnd the stacks of 20 large pizzas to feed a hotel of people, and the pizza were still on point and smoken hot.

Just tried the new Detroit style Meaty Deluxe pizza, it is wonderful!! We all loved it. Great job GBC Pizza Hut. We have always loved their salads. Best in town!

I have been a Pizza Hut customer at this location in Gun Barrel City for three years, I have lived here for three years, I have tried other pizza places, but I have always came back to Pizza Hut.nTonight, however I am thoroughly disappointed and very angry. I ordered the triple box, 2 pizzas, cinnamon rolls, bread sticks. One pizza was okay, but did not have the garlic butter crust I ordered. The other pizza was not, the crust was broken on nearly all the pizza, it was a medium, it was overcooked, toppings were sparse, a couple of pieces had no chicken at all. The delivery person gave my transgender daughter - MTF, a hateful look. I am not happy at all, will not be using Pizza Hut anymore.
