They had double-charged $80 for the order I placed online they charge both of my credit cards when I called to talk to manager he was very rude hung up on me twice and then I asked for corporates number he hung up on me said that he didn't care about this problem. The manager's name was Levi or at least that's what he said and I promise you this I'll never be back to the store ever again and I will tell everybody about this and this will be public don't go to Gun Barrel City Little Caesars and don't order online on their app either because you will not get your money back for their mess up
When it says hot and ready between certain hours that apparently can mean hot and ready after you order, pay, and you wait 12 minutes for it to be cooked. It wasnt because they sold out either. Was told it was because of new management...it was hot and the kids liked it.
I love this place. They have Wings I love wings and pizza. It's fast and friendly and cheap.
Lately the Hot & Ready's have been neither hot nor ready
I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks and my bread order was wrong so I took it back to the store the girl put the bag of bread back in the warmer to give to someone else. I told her that is not right because I touched it and it not unsanitary was given a go to hell look. Watch your food order
