Not too pleased this time around , was told we could order a small salad that was not made when I got there because they and was told they could not make a small version of that salad because it had croutons..... Instead I had to pay for a large Caesar salad even though I just wanted croutons and lettuce for my daughter that’s it! The other salad I had ordered was given to a different person and hey accidents happened I get it and the new one was made fairly quick to replace it but then I get home just to realize I did not receive the extra dressing I had ordered and paid for or the bread and silverware that is suppose to come with the salads. Just frustrating that I asked before ordering if they did small side salads like my daughter wanted and was told yes and then all of these complications and mistakes were made without an apology of any kind. Wish I could be giving a better review :/

I’ve been eating here for nearly 20 years. The food is always very good, the prices are reasonable, and the staff have always been great. Especially with the COVID state of emergency, the staff have been as pleasant as usual despite the stress of trying to be open and provide food safely.

Holy ****. Best pizza in Western Massachusetts without a doubt. Seriously don't miss out on this place. If you've ever had Blue Jeans it's really similar if not better.

The food is fine. But the woman who answers the phone is completely, 100% inept. She can barely hear the orders, I'm not sure if she doesn't pay attention or just doesn't care. And she is exceptionally rude when you go to pick up your food. The job seems to be way too stressful for her and it leads to waiting far longer than necessary for food that is ready and waiting but will not be given to you. Everyone else there seems capable and confident but she is just awful. I was not even allowed to pay over the phone, when I have before and know it is possible, because she cannot handle doing two things at once. She makes the entire experience difficult and unpleasant and if there was anywhere else around to eat, I would go there. Simply because of her attitude. I would say to try this place because the food is good but not unless you have patience to spare because you will work for it.

Who ever is taking the orders over the phone needs to be replaced with someone who can handle a very simple phone order. And she refused to let me pay on the phone. The job isn't hard and I love the food you make here. Its some of the best in western mass. But your employee needs to be better at taking orders or I'm getting food from another place. She is rude and very bad at her very simple job. Thanks.
