I purchased a 2011 Mack Pinnacle from All Star and it was a mistake that I will never repeat again. I bought the truck for running the oil fields so replacing my drives was expected so no problems there. I had to put about 4300.00 in other repairs into the truck which I was still okay with but when I started having a vibration in the truck I found out my u joints needed replacing but it wasn't that easy because someone had welded the caps so therefore i had to have my short driveline cut and rebuilt to the tune of 850.00 called Brandon in the shop at All Star and asked if inspections where done on vehicles before they were put out front to sale. Brandon assured me every vehicle is thoroughly inspected. When I asked Brandon how a welded drive shaft would be overlooked thats when his stuttering problem and backtracking began. Even though he was the shop manager he was going to get with the shop foreman and Rick my salesman and get back with me. Have not heard a word back from Brandon or Rick in sales. I never expected a call back from Rick because he is a typical used vehicle salesman. He got my cash and was done with me. So if I could give them a negative star Brandon in the shop deserves 2 negative stars and Rick the same. But wait there's more to complete the worst buying experience I have had I must throw Richard in the Parts Department in the mix. My rear leaf spring hangers were damaged due to someone doing an incorrect replacement of both of them. So I called Richard in Parts wanting a part # as I was having trouble getting the right part #. That was 2 weeks ago when Richard assured me that he would get back to me. The only department I would recommend would be the title department. I was having trouble with my IRP registration and needed another 90 day drive out tag. She got it to me within the hour. Everything else about All Star is a total train wreck. I wouldn't send my ex mother in law to All Star for Parts Repairs or the purchase of a Truck that wouldn't pass a proper DOT inspection if Ricks life depended on it. I have pictures and repair records to back up every claim I have made in this review.

I would not recommend all star truck repair to anyone. There warranty was good to the end of there driveway. We where double charged for parts that should have been included with the rebuild, so when the check engine light came on very next day we took the truck back to them Kenworth T800 they said it was not a problem and would clear up ,WEll It didn't clear up and a little problem turned in to a big problem .Now I have a brought truck very exspensive repair THank you so much all star truck repair!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got an inframe done for $23000 and just over a year the top end took a dump and they wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. If you let them work on your truck you will be overcharged and out in the cold

Great shop all around. Great mechanics, fair prices, and good work. Shop specializes in Mack and Volvo, but can work on anything. All Star services my fleet of mixed trucks at their shop and has mobile mechanics available if road service or after hours repairs are needed. Highly recommended.
