Worked with Larry and staff to offload 2 forklifts from a flatbed. Staff and owner Larry were super friendly and worked around the drivers schedule and were super punctual. If I have another job like this in the area I know who I will call!

When found out that I wasn’t going to leave my totaled vehicle at their shop, they doubled the price to drop it off at my property, less than 10 miles away. Why would I take my totaled vehicle to a shop to be repaired? Clearly were upset that they weren’t going to be making a profit off me from trying to fix it. Tried coming up with excuses to take it to their shop instead of my own property. If I could give 0 stars I would, other tow services would not try so hard to take advantage of my situation. Have used another service that would’ve taken it for $150, rather than the $310 these losers charged only after saying I didn’t want it at their shop. Christmas money = gone.

Office personnel was extremely respectful and helpful with information, the driver was ahead of schedule and as helpful and polite as anyone could be. I honestly do not like dealing with wrecker companies period! But when I need to, there's no doubt I will be calling Cernosek in the future.
