DoorDash forgot part of our delivery order. The staff at this location went above and beyond to have my pizza delivered to me! Excellent customer service, kind and thorough staff! Very refreshing!
They got my order wrong!!! I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza and my brother ordered a pretzel pepperoni pizza. They gave us two pretzel pepperoni pizzas and one regular cheese pizza. And the president wants to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour when they can’t even get the order right!!!!nMy husband went back up there to get our order fixed after I got off the phone with Alexandria who told us to bring the pizza back to get the order right and then they got rude with my husband and said oh hell no we can’t exchange this, we’re not gonna exchange this pizza. Everyone was so rude to him so needless to say we will not be back to this place.

Last visit, was a 40 minute wait from time of receipt printed and food given. I was told 10 minute wait for cheese bread. Was 15 minutes before the bread was even started cooking. The staff working needs better training. I was charged for more sauce cups than I had wanted to order.
Not too happy about last weekends TRY to order, got cancelled twice but they STILL took the money.nWhoever worked last Saturday 3/20 was very very rude.
