Great food but horrible service! Called and ordered take out was told 30-40 minutes. Left the house approximately 40 minutes later to pick up, paid the not so very nice young lady and was told it would be another “few” minutes. Many people came and went as I continued to wait for my pizza and wrap. Not once did the lady address why I was continuing to wait so long. Finally a nice worker from out back asked what I was still waiting for since she had seen that I was the only one still waiting there for the past hour! Come to find out my pizza and wrap were sitting there waiting for me but nobody had decided to bring them out. Thank god for this nice employee who did the correct thing and had asked. I’m huge on customer service and didn’t feel as though it was my job to be having to ask them about my food. The not so nice girl who took my money should have been checking and communicating with me which she failed at so for this I give a bad review and will never give my business to you again! Sad part is from reading the reviews you can tell that the bad reviews don’t get addressed so that says a lot about your business...

I've ordered pizza from here constantly from work and home the last 12 years. I also eat in on occasions. Great food, typically good service, and very fast delivery. Edited 10/31/20: The phone answering has been much more friendly now, and I'm changing to 5 stars!

This had to be the worst grinder I have ever had. I got the veggie sub and there was hardly any vegetables on it. It was more bread than anything. Also, I was wrong to assume they would use fresh mushrooms. Canned mushrooms on a veggie sub is just gross. I do not recommend!!!

One of the best places to get food in Greenfield, Ma! So many menu options and everything is always consistently delicious! Support our local small businesses especially right now.
