Pizza wasn’t made properly. Didn’t bring all of my order. Not a one time thing either. It happens all the time when I order from there lately.
I ordered my food and they delivered it with some of what I ordered missing. So I called the store and I was put on hold for OVER 40 MINUTES!! I finally just hung up and continued to call and just repeatedly was put on hold. Finally about 3 hours later I finally talked to someone at Dominos and they said that they’d send me what was missing. An hour later, nobody showed up and so I called and the girl that answered the phone, hung up on me. Finally I got the manager on the phone and he just gave me every excuse that he could think of! So now he is supposed to be bringing the rest of my food to me! So, if he actually does bring it we’ll be able to eat our dinner that we ordered at 6:15pm, we’ll eat it at 11:30 pm. ( FIVE HOURS AFTER I ORIGINALLY ORDERED THE FOOD )!!nNever again will I order from this Domino’s Pizza in Greenfield Ma.nSUPER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A MADDENING EXPERIENCE!!
2 and a half hours of waiting for delivery and ending up having to go and get it myself no refund on the delivery charges and to top it off no marinara w the breadsticks that I ordered. I understand being busy but theres a certain level of incompetence that goes into a pizza taking 2 and a half hours to *not* be delivered. Food was great at room temp tho.
Wings mushy, not completely covered in sauce. Didn't give me my dipping sauce for my garlic knots. Workers not wearing gloves or wearing masks properly. I didn't even realize you could make wings that weren't somewhat crispy. Maybe they keep them at the bottom of a fish tank or something.
These guys never screw up my order so I can't say anything bad ud83eudd37♂ufe0f they even did a full pepperoni, half jalapeno right which was great!
