Joshua helped me out find the right bolt for my brake caliper. He was patient, polite, and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this location and this stores associates.

Stopped by the store tonight and as usual there was a large sign on the door that masks were required by all in the store. That seems to apply for everyone except the staff, who were all lounging around the counter without a mask in sight. One staff member was coughing too. When I asked why they were not wearing masks like the sign on the door indicated, they looked at me like I was crazy. As a care giver for my 82 year old father-in-law who is also suffering from cancer, I can't risk getting sick, yet the staff obviously could not care less either about their customers, store policy, or even State Executive Orders. Shame on O'Reilly and its employees, I will never buy from your store again and that is after being a faithful customer from day 1. Autozone, on the other hand won my business since they do seem to care about their customers.

I was in the store for almost 2 hours looking for certain tools and products without a single employee asking me if I needed help finding something. Very poor selection in products available. I think I will be going somewhere else to do my business with from now on.
