Jacob is just an amazing person. He answered late on a Saturday night after my wife’s purse was stolen when my son’s SUV was stolen. He would have come out to our house to change the locks that night if we would have wanted it. He was at our house on Sunday morning and did an amazing job. Very thankful for good people like him.
Lone Star Locksmith’s service is one of a kind!! They saved the day for sure. My keys were locked in my car along with both my husband’s and I’s work phones and essentials for the next day. Called on a Sunday evening and they drove all the way to my house in record time to help resolve our issue. Within seconds, they were able to help unlock our car to retrieve the keys. Would recommend their services to ANYONE. Their contact is now saved in my phone for any additional assistance for myself, family and friends!
Lost my truck keys and didn’t have a spare. I called dealerships first but before committing to crazy high prices on top of getting my truck towed to the dealership I figured I would try a locksmith. When searching I saw Lone Star had great reviews and called. They were so accommodating and came out to my house ASAP and created 3 new keys and programmed a fob. Not only did they save me from the headache of getting my car to a dealership over 30 mins away towed but they were so friendly and inviting. Definitely recommend this company if in need and will use again if needed!!!
I cannot compliment them enough!! I accidentally Locked us out of our home this afternoon and Jacob and Monique came to our rescue even on their day off!! When our dead bolt let go (on our way OUT of the house) Jacob answered the call. Jacob had a new lock installed, re-keyed to our original and even fixed a door knob for us... from call to completion, about an hour (and we don't live in Van Alstyne). We now have Lone Star's card on our fridge and in our wallet/purse. Very pleased with their service and positive attitude.
