Called because I was locked out of my car with a low battery, and saw that they had a location A MILE away from me. I called, asked how long it would take and he said a driver would call me shortly (within 5 minutes) to confirm everything for me before he came out to unlock my car. Still waiting on a call for a simple quote thirty minutes later
please don't ask us to buy two keys, but give us the option to buy one; very pushy.
