Showed up 30 min after placing my online order for ONE cheese pizza. Was informed that my pizza was lost and they don’t know what happened to it. So I get to wait 20 min for them to make a new one. Mama bear gets angry when the food is for the toddlers.
My wife was trying to call to start a order but they would constantly answer the phone and hang up immediately without saying anything.
Refuse to deliever pizza, even though the delievery will be less that 10 miles. Lady i spoke to laughed and said she would tell her vp and everyone knows she will not. And i want to know what was so funny when asked about delievery to an area? So a certain area is to be left out because the lady refused service of delivery? Interesting. Corporate will be getting a phone call and more complaints soon. Discrimination it is.
Had a fantastic experience in this spot with my girlfriend. The food arrived rapidly and the customer service is just good. Prices are convenient.
Same prices everywhere but the staff is always nice and helpful and is always our go to lunch coming back from the lake.
