ODB Printing

The worst experience I have ever had with a printing/screening business. Came in with a small order and they did half of it completely wrong, and admitted they knew it was wrong but kept printing. We lost money due to having to buy new products and go somewhere else to get it re-done. They did not fully compensate us for their errors. I do not recommend this business.

Best quality and service for custom shirts. Affordable and the staff was great. My recent orders were delivered to my home in a timely manner. I keep ordering custom shirts from them because it's so easy and affordable. Thanks ODB printing!

Zero stars by far the worst experience I have ever had with a printing/screening business, two of the most unprofessional unorganized people I've ever met. Had a very small order under 50 items and half of the order was completely wrong and messed up. When we talked to them they said that they knew it wasn’t coming out right and continued to print them wrong and fought with us and didn't fully compensate us for the items they ruined. Would not recommend at all to anyone who is looking for quality professional work.

ODB printing fulfilled our order of sweatshirts very timely and with great quality. I absolutely love how they turned out and the price was affordable and fair! Would recommend to all!

Dear ODB printing On behalf of your comment towards Connor Sprouse, and Samantha brown’s comment. I would like to add more clarification, in regards of the experience us costumers received. In a short summary of what had happened. In a follow up towards Connor Sprouse comment, I would like to add the part where we were first introduced to you guys. It all started with a phone call by myself (dejon) reaching out to you guys, I was thrilled, excited, and somewhat relieved after our phone call, only because you gentlemen excepted us, after turning away new clients because of this national virus we are all going through. You guys wanted to take the right safety precautions, and right measures towards the safety around others and yourself, by not accepting new clients. Connor, and I both felt really appreciated, and felt very positive about our future business with you guys, we actually talked about how good of guys you were for accpecting us as clients. In regards towards clarification about product count. Yes your are right about 11/50 sweatshirts were messed up. But you also failed to mention the other three sweatshirts you miscounted. followed by the six long sleeves you did not want to compensate us for. So, that’s actually 20 pieces that was messed up and we only got compensated for 11. Now towards the negotiating part of this situation. You failed to mentioned how very argumentative, and stressed you were over this, openly expressing yourself towards me in a very aggressive way, and in a un like business manner. Yes we did get composited for the 11 sweatshirts but at the end of the day, you have to understand how a poor choice of emotion can effect your customers. So I am sure this is why Connor Sprouse left a negative comment. Maybe he felt cheated out of his money?. I also want to express my opinions towards Samantha browns comment. Samantha brown is one of our models we use for our photos shoots to model our products, as she does for many of her other clients. I can’t explain enough how important it is to delivery the right product to a model and what that actually means to them, and just what the littlest things can do to effect their confidence in performing. All of our clients and models we use, are not looked upon as just “clients” they are people we build real relationships with, to better our brand. But besides bettering our brand we like to practice Trust, our loyalty, dedication, and communication with our clients, because that is what we stand for. We take pride in what we do and are very determined, and dedicated in trying to have the best outcome possible. I personally want to say Thank you for what you had to offer, but we felt very disrespected, and treated unfairly.
