This is a heartless, unprofessional company that will first send you half of what you contracted with them and when you try to leave proceeds to sue you for 4 times your balance owing. They do this even if you call and tell them you will go out of business if you keep paying their outrageous prices for half the product. They simply do not care about their customer needs or financial crisis. Stay away from them.
Great company to work with.
My company uses them but every time the regular driver is gone several people don't receive any uniforms me included, secretary emails and gets no response back. Regular guy gets 5 stars, fill in guy gets - 3, customer service gets - 3 , 2 star overall.
We too have seen the effects of poor mgmt. We have called multiple times and told that they will "send someone out right away" with no one to show. Orders are rarely correct. Our lab coats come back smelling like a grease fire with LARGE grease stains on them. I dont think they are washing them, I think they just hang them back on a hanger and wait to bring them back.
Horrible. Better look at that contract too, it's a bunch of BS and 60 months (5 YEARS!!!) where they can even charge you if you have no service thru them. The driver is a nice guy, but he is the only one we've worked with decent. The original sales guy made us all kinds of promises and then disappeared after we signed up and the company added all kinds of extra charges and would not stand behind their salesman.
