You’re not going to get Whole Foods atmosphere here, but you’re also not going to pay Whole Foods prices. The product and meat are fresh, the selection is very good, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I love having Food City as a local, affordable alternative to the big names.
It's a good grocery store for Turners. But to be honest I would only come here if you need to do a quick grocery stop for a few things or if you to lazy to go all the way to Stop & Shop or Big Y.

Best neighborhood market.nGreat prices on meat. Always fresh. Local food and some organics.
Employee owned store in Turner's Falls has very good brand variety when compared to bigger box stores. Reasonable selection of locally produced goods are available. I'm usually surprised to find an item here that i could not find elsewhere. Food city managed the pandemic shortages quite successfully.
