VERY UNETHICAL! This is just your basic, run of the mill Chinese dropshipper. Also one of the most unethical businesses I've ever worked for. The owners refuse to pay final checks, and hire people without documentation then pretend the work was never done. Don't shop here. You can find everything they sell on Alibaba.com for much cheaper, and it'll prevent your money from going to abusive, unethical businessmen who care nothing for the harm they cause to others.

Do not order from this company! They are very unprofessional. We ordered $300 worth of items and were told it would ship in 5-7 business days. It took me messaging them several times, my husband messaging them several times, and finally me telling them to give me a refund for them to ship our items almost a month afterwards. They took almost a week after each message to even message back, and they NEVER answered the phone. TERRIBLE SERVICE! ALSO, they didnt have a pair of womens boots in stock to fulfill my order, so they refunded them and also promised my husband to give us 4 free pairs of womens boots in a future order. He asked about those and they responded that they cleared out the inventory and are no longer selling womens boots. Why the hell would they make such a rediculous promise they had no intention of keeping?

The product is great, the customer service not so much. I received an incorrect item with my order and need to exchange it. The phone number says to email for return instructions, which I have done several times and not gotten a response. I have also left messages at the number listed and not received a call back either. It would be great to be able to return the boots sent for the boots ordered so my daughter could have dry feet.

Great customer service, excellent products. The rain suits are perfect all year round. We use them in winter for my kids with layers underneath instead of snow suits.

I love my son’s oaki rain suit but have had trouble ordering from their online store. I ordered some boots and a rain suit as a gift for my niece and the order came without the rain suit. I emailed and have had no response and haven’t been able to get through on the phone. Super disappointed as this was to be a gift. Will not order through their website any more.
