Very frustrated at the service of this store they were very unhelpful and instead of asking if they could help me as I was the only customer in the store. A larger dark haired male asked me to leave. I explained I had a medical condition that prevented me from wearing a face covering. He laughed at me the female store manager did nothing to stop this behavior. I have never been more insulted in my life. They lost a good paying customer for life. I will not return ever again.

I am appalled by how the staff treated me as a customer. I rudely asked to leave the store based on a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. My Company has done business with 5.11 for several years and had a great relationship with the local store. As a Veteran and actively serving I found 5.11 a great place to supplement my military gear. I will not be a customer to a store that mistreated me the Store rep took pride when he kicked me out of the store. The manager did nothing when I tried to talk to her about the issue. Although the items in the store I want to purchase I will not be returning back to this store anytime soon. They were rude and the fact that I was the only customer in the store did not matter the employee still took pleasure in kicking me out of the store. I will never return back to this store and will tell all my customers about how they treat their customers.

Shout out to Amanda for her amazing customer service! My friend and I came in looking for boots, and there weren’t any in the sizes we wanted. She got on the phone with multiple stores around the country to find some that could be shipped to us (because they were on back order indefinitely). Amanda went above and beyond what I would expect from any other store, and our boots are on the way! Combine that kind of service with high quality products, and you’ve got two more customers for life. Thanks again!
