I thinks it's a great store for parties and kids Halloween stuff but not good for adults Halloween costume
Very cheaply made costumes with expensive prices. It's a great place to find a costume last minute but theres other places to find better costumes worth the price
Wow with the customer service!! I’d been up since 6am running around to Costco, Walmart and target trying to grab a stormtrooper costume for my 8 year old. Everyone was out of stock and my little boy was at home with his dad crying because he didn’t want to go to school without a costume. In desperation I called zurchers and asked if by any chance they had any left. It was 30 min before they were scheduled to open but still answered the phone, were SUPER polite and went searching for the costume. By some miracle they had one left in stock. Alizie pulled it for me and had it waiting for Me when I got there! On the way out I thanked over and over again and Soraya just said “that’s what we are here for!”. Alizie and Soraya thank you for saving Halloween!!
