I recently posted a review with my other gmail account but I must revise my review and provide a more current review. It is a very apparent that this location has major issues with inconsistency with their smoothies. There’s a heavy set woman in there and she makes the smoothies very watery. She needs more training. Save yourself some trouble and go to the Richardson location.nnAnd It appears as though this location hires a lot of Immigrants...it’s clear. I have no problem with that BUT they need to be able to communicate ENGLISH with the customers. There’s a new woman in there that has a very strong accent and she doesn’t really understand English well plus she’s very slow. She does know the smoothies, she’s reading the ingredients many items before making it. I’m not against immigrants at all but it is frustrating that you hire immigrants that don’t know English.

If you have a gluten allergy, DON’T come here. I made a trip in the afternoon on 10/13/20 and after explaining multiple times to the one male employee working there that I have a severe allergy to gluten, he obviously had no idea or didn’t care and it cost me a trip to the emergency room. He literally got on his phone at one point while I was giving him my order. I’ve gone to multiple other locations, have ordered the same thing, and have never gotten sick. Educate your employees or find better ones!!!

If I can select zero stars then I would! The lack of customer service here is unbelievable! You have not one, but two employees that cannot comprehend. I went to this location on 10/22 leaving beyond upset. How is it that I am charged for one large smoothie and one small, but yet I am given two small smoothies?? She told me that I paid $12.02 which is the correct amount for two small smoothies. When I tried to explain to her that I had some healthy reward points that brought it down to that amount, she still told me I was wrong even though it clearly says it on the receipt. In the end, I walked away with two small smoothies, but getting charged more. I will never come back to this store again. I have called corporate and filed a complaint. I have a picture of the smoothies along with the receipt as proof. I hope they will make this right. Veronica and her coworker Linda or Glenda (whatever she said) needs more training.n*Today is 10/24. I was told the other day that the store manager will contact me. Nothing. Again...great customer service guys! Not!!!!

First.. I cannot say enough about the sweet Hispanic lady who works here during the day! I don’t come too too often, and she remembers my order, is friendly, and consistent with the quality each time! She is awesome! I also had the pleasure to meet the owner. She was so kind, took the time to talk to me about tips for making smoothies and how I could modify my order there to get exactly what I want. Great smoothies and great service?? That’s a win win to me
