The management here are ridiculous. They need to put in more than one staffer behind the counter. The queue here was about a 20 minute wait with 7-8 people all waiting in a tiny area. I just went to tropical smoothie instead.
After a hard workout at cowboys fit plano I unknowingly made it to this location 3 minutes before closing. Nathaniel not only didn't give me a hassle behind it, but was super cool in recommending the right products to refuel. This guy is definitely a major reason for me making this my new go to location!
Always satisfied with all the customer service. Everyone stays consistent and well prepared. I come to this location about 1 to 3 days a week if possible
The staff here is always very nice and they usually male the orders really fast. The smoothies are great tasting as well!
The blonde girl is rude. They charge for extra straws and cups. And the inside smells like sewage.
