User friendly BUT WAY TOO EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHER KIOSK key machines! I can get 3 keys for the cost of one very basic key at the other kiosks nearby. I'll only come back in an emergency if the other choices are out of order.
I've cut 4 keys here of which two actually work. Call customer service and they say they'll send me a promo code to try again in 5 minutes. Wait for an hour. Nothing. Then an email from customer service demanding a photo of the keys and they will send via mail.nnUmm no. Utterly ridiculous. I'm using a kiosk for quick service. Get it together. At $10 a key you should be better than this.
Rude on the phone. All I called and asked is if they serviced motercycles, the guy said no, then he still asked me to elaborate on what exactly was needed, I told him. Then he sarcastically still said they did not make keys for motercycles. Waste of time and just rude in the phone.
