Awful company. I had my parking pass on the dash and they had the audacity to tell me that it wasn't. I am extremely disappointed in SPI and Windwater hotel letting this awful company do business there. They also wouldn't let me get my own car and forced me to give them my keys to bring the car around front. Extremely unprofessional and concerning on how they run their business.
This business is a racket. They charged 250 dollars because the permit was not displayed. Arrived at 8 pm to condo and by the time I went down at 9 to put permits on truck it had been towed. They had to have had look out waiting while I was in room getting settled. The worst is they towed it 1 mile away. No negotiating price very rude and arrogant.
You're a business is here in time of crisis. It was tough but you were professional.nThank you for your compassion.
