I am now giving this 7-Eleven a rating with 5 stars. I have always had pleasant service here and enjoy all the employees that have worked here. One I believe is the owner and he tottaly rocks with his customer service skills. He is very helpful and a positive person who always leaves me with a great impression on how this store is run and treats their customers with respect. When he is there I leave in a good mood for the rest of my day. Always giving exceptional service as he balances out his busy work schedule. Now only this one instance happened, leaving me very upset, with this newer employee, who I never really seen before, who treated me very badly. He even mixed me up with another customer who had a similar complaint that day, and it seemed very shady. I tried calling that employee to get info on who to resolve my issues with. He hung up on me. I was persistent and have been contacted by upper management, who have since resolved the problem I went through. I have full confidence that they will make sure this never happens again to other paying customers. I will keep spending my dollars here now that they have went out of there way to make things right! One of the better 7 elevens to go to! Highly recommended after they have came up with a solution to the way I was treated.
