This place is poorly ran. I told them I was waiting on my order they said it was almost out waited another 30 mins and then notice one of the drivers took our food. Had to wait for pizza to be ready. Thanks for the free soda. With the gas I spent I could have bought 5. Wow going to papa johns next time. I'd rather spend more money to get it right.
Ordered Pizza Online and Never Got my Pizza.Called and they Acted like they DIDN'T Even care. Very RUDE! Would NOT order from Pizza Hut. They Need to CLOSE Down. Didn't even get an Apology. Customer service was great food was hott & on time
This place takes zero accountability for its shortcomings and you just have to deal with what you get. Service is fast, but they have no standards and you just get what you get.
Undercooked Supreme pan pizza doughy middle and no golden crust. I even put a comment asking that they cook it a little bit longer just to avoid a doughy middle. Ordered 6/13/2020 - delivered around 9:45 pm. I took off green pepper and ordered extra mushroom. Pizza came with maybe one piece of mushroom on each slice; 2 slices nothing. Toppings very skimpy. Had to put the pizza in the oven and cook it longer. It's really hit and miss with this place. I'm going to stick with Dominoes. Was really craving a pan pizza but unless it has that yummy, crunchy golden bottom, why bother?
