ud83dude1e I'm so DISAPPOINTED with this location (Fm78 next to HEB) I have been ordering from them for years. 2day when I picked up my order And checked out the food 2 make sure everything was right. I seen they didn't prepare the buffalo wings properly. So I show the guy and told him I ordered the buffalo wings. He said, those are buffalo wings. I told him the buffalo wings are completely cover in a darker sauce, not a light creamy orange sauce. He told me he has worked there for 10 year and that's how they have always made them. But as much as I order from that exact location.. I have never seen or received the buffalo wings looking like that. So I went to another location 2 miles aways and bought a small order of buffalo wings and they were made the way I have always received them.
I ordered a pizza from this location at 7:26PM on 4/9/21 and at 10:08 i still have no pizza! I made repeated calls since 8:30pm only to be hung up on multiple times! I then went to the store and the supposed to be owner Kyle Thompson has no management skills and shouldn’t be allowed to run such a franchise. He still insisted that I wait instead of taking care of the customer along with the other customers who were waiting in the store. I will never order from this store ever again. I guess it will Pizza Hut from this point going forward. Kyle Thompson service was so horrible and if this is how he treats customers and giving the franchise bad reviews he doesn’t value his job or his customers. He should be fired immediately!!
Even when busy this place does everything they can to get the pizza out to Us. happy customer here will come again
Quite disappointing. We initially intended to place our order online for 5 medium pizzas and the cookie brownie thing. However, when checking out, a delivery time of 2 hours was indicated. So, we switched to curbside which had a 16 to 21 ready time. 25 minutes after placing the order, the pizza tracker had not moved. So, I called the restaurant. However, the lines were busy. My husband decided to go to the restaurant, where he waited for an hour and a half, eventually compromising on taking a different type of pizza in lieu of one that we ordered. While there and confronting the staff, he was told that when they have carryout orders that all other orders all placed on hold, regardless of when they were placed. He later confirmed this f'd-up practice with the manager. What's even worse is that the pizzas were awful, dry, and overcooked. It will be a while before we deal with dominos again.
I order from here often because it is close by my house and one of the few things open when i get off work. I have too many issues here. Tonight I received my delivery (took longer than listed) and I am missing my pasta. I called and was put on hold for 5 minutes, then again, and then finally reached someone who only offered me store credit. They did not communicate with me that they did not have the pasta, nor took the pasta off from my order so I would not have to pay. I paid cash anyway so it really wouldn’t have been a big deal. Nobody said anything to me about missing item. I don’t want store credit I want my money back because I truly don’t want to order from this location again.
