I called n ordered I waited 20 minutes . I left to pick it t up because I ordered carry out and get there and they don't even have an order for me . I was so upset . I went straight to Domino's Pizza where I had the best experience ever. Bye bye Pizza hut.

They don't know what customer service is, so I don't know why I'd expect them to know how to make a pizza. If you like your pizza doused in aerosol butter, this place is for you. I wouldn't feed this trash to my dog.

Worst experience ever. Placed an order for delivery. Was charged $21 dollars and then was asked if I would like to tip the driver and add it to the charge. I agreed with 2 dollars. When it got delivered the driver said I owed him 2 dollars for tip and wasn't charged for it. I showed them my bank statement showing the 2 dollar extra added to the charge. After arguing with them on the phone for 30 min. I just gave them the 2 dollars and said I won't to business with them ever again. All ways check you bank statements when charging transactions on your card.

Was supposed to deliver my food within an hour and ten minutes. Called and hour later after I saw the tracker shows it hasn't been made and was showing 5 hours to deliver. Told me they were behind that it'd be best to pick it up in 15 minutes. Picked it up got it home it was cold, tasted like it was made and hour before and it just sat because they didn't have a delivery driver. I'll just stick with my domino's pizza.

I ordered a heart shaped pizza for my husband (I am currently in another state) and online it said it cut it in squares and when he got it, it wasn’t cut at all. He was at work so they don’t have utensils to cut it. I called the store and spoke with Katera. She was so kind. And helped fix the issue after a miscommunication with the store and online details. She was professional understanding and I appreciate the great customer service she gave. She truly deserves a raise or bonus for dealing with the issue, she was extremely well mannered and understanding.
