Assistant manager Fatima was rude. She was working the drive thru. She gave me the wrong smoothie. I told her it wasn’t what I ordered. She took it back and came back handing me 2 other smoothies. I asked her what those were since my order was already messed up. She told me she didn’t know because she didn’t make them and “you have a beautiful day.” Then she abruptly closed the window on me while I was still speaking. I waited until she opened the window again and asked for the manager, but she claimed to be the manager. I can’t believe a manager would behave like that and be so rude to a customer. Also, they have a sign that claims their employees wear masks for protection. There were employees not wearing masks and the manager only had the mask over her mouth not her nose and mouth.
They are awesome, they talk to you to help you with the best selection that's healthy.
Hannah and Fatima are courteous and cheerful. Great customer service with a smile.
UPDATE: The manager called and spoke to me, and had me come back in for another smoothie. IT was much better than the first and tastes like other locations. I appreciate the manager calling and making the situation right.nnI won’t be coming back to this location. I have come four times and on each occasion I find ice at the bottom of my smoothie and I taste ice throughout as I am drinking. If I wanted an icee I would have gotten one. For the price of the smoothies it should be well blended and not a lump of mix with ice at the bottom.
Great smoothies but I have no idea why it takes over 10 minutes to get my order when there is no one in front of me.
