Placed an order online, looked at the tracker and it stayed at someone reviewing my order for 30 minutes. Tried to call the store for an update, kept getting hung up on. Finally got a hold of the store and at this point it has been over an hour since placing my order. Lady says driver is 5 minutes away. 20 minutes go by and still no food. Call store back, says driver is 5 minutes away. She's rude, giving short word answers or won't respond at all when I'm asking questions. I ask if there is a manager at the store she says no. She says 5 more minutes and call back. Call back after 10 minutes and ask for a refund and an explanation as why the driver still hadn't come as I only live 5 minutes away. She says I don't know. Again ask to speak with a manager and she says they are busy. Ask for a refund and she says it's done. I ask for what confirmation. She says it will be 3-5 business days. I ask so it will be refunded to my card in 3-5 business days. She says no and then hangs up. What a lousy way to handle business.

Placed a small order(medium pizza & garbling knots) right before 8PM for delivery. We expected to have a delivery time of 8:30-8:45pn since it’s the weekend but it wasn’t until 9:20pm that our driver arrived. We understand that they may be short staffed and we are okay with waiting but don’t lie to us and tell us (via the tracking app) that our order was delivered and “to enjoy!” Enjoy what?! Nothing?!

Order a pizza on line. Med 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 Canadian thin crust. Picked up a thick pepperoni. Called back. I was told to return it and they would make a new one. When I got there told manger. He threw the returned one and said wait 15 minutes. Should have been already ready !!! Got home WRONG AGAIN !! WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK !!!

They are always good,fresh, hot & delivery is always faster than expected.nI am a fan of Domino's, & have been for decades. When I came back from Europe I couldn't wait to order.nThank you for another well made order.

I ordered through the app. The pizza came fairly quick, however, when it got here, it looked like it had been thrown around a lot. They also forgot my drink that I had ordered. Called them to get a drink delivered and was told the delivery person would be sent right back out with it. However, it’s been 2 hours since that call was made and still nothing.
